Thank you for your interest in the Greenwood House!

Important Notes:

This project is in Beta Mode. That means:

  • You should expect to receive a completed document set in 30-60 days from purchase. This includes: floor plans, elevations, sections, MEP (mechanical, electrical & plumbing plans), construction details, window/door schedules, and specifications.

  • This project has not yet been engineered by a structural engineer. The cost for this service is typically about $4,000.

  • This project has not yet been approved for permit as a Master design in any state. Fees for permit approval with a state jurisdiction vary (in Washington it is about $1,000). Even if a Master is approved and there are no alterations required, local permits are still required and fees may vary.

There is no guarantee that this plan meets local site conditions, access requirements, or zoning codes. You should:

  • Reach out to us for free 1-hour feasibility consultation

  • Talk to your local building department, or follow up with a complete feasibility analysis.

  • Ask us about our full-service permit support.

There is no guarantee that you are within the service area of our preferred fabricators or suppliers. You should:

  • Reach out to us for a free 1-hour feasibility consultation

  • Recruit a local contractor interested in the prefab process.

  • Discuss the project with a prefab manufacturer.

If you are committed to the purchase with a specific site in mind, we will hold your payment until we have conducted a feasibility consultation and refund the project if we deem it inappropriate for your site.

Sincerely,

Brett Holverstott
